Argentina Citizenship by Investment is founded and directed by Juan Pablo Rojas Pascual, an Argentine attorney who graduated from the Universidad Nacional de Cuyo (UNCuyo) in 2007 and has practised law continuously since then.
He is based in Mendoza and practises in the Province of Mendoza and in the City of Buenos Aires, advising international investors and families on Argentina Citizenship by Investment.

Background
Public-sector and private practice
Before and alongside private practice, he served as legal adviser to the Undersecretariat of Labour and Social Security of Mendoza, as legal adviser to the Mendoza Chamber of Deputies, and as adviser to the General Security Inspectorate of Mendoza.
In 2007 he founded Rojas Pascual Abogados, a law firm based in the city of Mendoza (rojaspascual.com.ar). The firm combines personalised attention, advanced technology, ongoing professional training and prompt responses in the search for practical legal solutions.
Over the years the firm has built a national and international network of lawyers in other Argentine provinces and abroad, and works on a multidisciplinary basis with accountants and other professionals when a case requires it.
